Hello!

My name is Colton Grant. I own and operate Grant Buildworks.

I started my career in product and furniture design, where I learned how to combine aesthetics, craftsmanship, and user experience. Eventually, I realized I wanted to work with real people, creating real spaces — not just products. That led me to residential remodeling.

Over the following years of hands-on remodeling work, I learned not just how homes are built — but how they fail over time. I developed a deep appreciation for old homes, building science, fine carpentry, and the client experience.

In 2023, I founded Grant Buildworks to offer something different: a remodeling experience where craftsmanship, communication, and attention to detail are never compromised.

Our owner-operator business model brings real advantages. You aren’t one of many projects passed between salespeople, managers, and crews. With fewer handoffs, you get consistent communication, true project stewardship, and a clear project vision that stays intact — from first design sketches to final touch-ups.
